Automatic archiving of documents via applications?

We do not have automatic archiving via Inbox. The electronic receipts can be selected and archived by date.

Capacity/Volume storage in the archive

Each archive is a DB, the storage limit is about 500GB, the quantity is irrelevant.

Deletion/release of new clients

As long as archives exist, the client's release cannot be removed.

Every user of the accounting system (including Abaweb users) can file invoices in the dossier. Can these invoices be entered into or linked to the archive and thus archived in accordance with the legal requirements?

Dossiers are always open. Data "must" be moved to the archive, after which they are archived in accordance with the law.

If this import/connection is possible, does this affect our subscription licence limit "Archive" of ten mandates?

As soon as the function archiving or " Original document on account statement" is used: Yes

AbaNinja customers: During synchronisation, the bookings and documents are imported into Abacus, are these also directly stored in the archive? Do these vouchers have to be archived additionally (legal requirements complied with, GeBüV etc.)?

Nothing is stored "directly" in the archive. It must be archived.

AbaNinja customers with synchronisation, does this put a burden on our subscription licences?

The 10 clients on the licence are affected if the above-mentioned functions are to be used.
