Retrieve the Mobile ID serial number

Preface

For security reasons, the serial number of the Mobile ID must be stored for your user in Abacus instead of the mobile number so that you can log in to Abacus securely via Mobile ID.

You can access these via the following link SN of the MID

Important

You do not need to be a Swisscom customer to query the SN of your MID via this page.

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Enter your mobile number
2. You will then receive an SMS with a 4-digit code, enter this in the field provided and confirm by clicking on the <<Check phone number>> button
3. You will then receive an SMS with a 4-digit code, enter this in the field provided and confirm by clicking on the <<Check phone number>> button
4. After successful authentication, you will receive the following result, see screenshot "Example". You must now inform your installation operator / hoster of the SN framed in red in the example.
